These Terms of Use govern your use of bengissigns.com (the “Site”), operated by Bengis Signs and Lightning LLC (“Bengis Signs,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about our commercial signage services and a way to request a quote. Information on the Site is for general purposes only and may change without notice.

2. Quotes are not contracts

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any price, estimate, schedule or scope we provide is non-binding until it is confirmed in a written agreement signed by Bengis Signs. All work is subject to site conditions, permits, landlord approvals and applicable codes.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Bengis Signs name and logo, and the project photos and videos, are owned by or licensed to Bengis Signs and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, download in bulk, reproduce, modify, republish, sell or use any content (including photos and videos) without our prior written permission.

4. Third-party trademarks

Names, trademarks and logos of third parties that appear in project photos and videos belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to accurately document signage work performed by Bengis Signs. Their appearance does not mean that those companies sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Bengis Signs. If you are a trademark owner and have a concern, contact us at info@bengissigns.com and we will review it promptly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; send false, abusive or spam submissions through our forms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; introduce malware; or use automated tools to scrape or copy content.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or load third-party services (such as Google Maps or FormSubmit). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties for our services, if any, are only those stated in a signed written agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bengis Signs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bengis Signs from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@bengissigns.com identifying the work, the content in question, your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above shows the latest version. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
